We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at Shop.clublaptop.com.

2. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Shop.clublaptop.com will send a confirmation email for your order, to the email address associated with your Shop.clublaptop.com order/account. In this email you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

3. Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but please use the "Add to Wishlist" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Shop.clublaptop.com.

While it is not necessary to have a Shop.clublaptop.com account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID.

6. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Shop.clublaptop.com (Octroi, Sales Tax)?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Shop.clublaptop.com. We offer free delivery on all our products. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

7. What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card/Netbanking). In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

8. Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a C-o-D purchase?

The maximum order value for a C-o-D payment is Rs. 20,000. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.

9. How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard cards - only Indian cards are supported and not International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

10. Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) Order

All items that have the "Cash-on-Delivery Available" Icon are valid for order by Cash-on-Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.

When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery".

Enter CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.

Once the order is verified and confirmed, it will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.

You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.

Terms & Conditions

  • The maximum order value for C-o-D is Rs. 50,000

  • e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders

  • Please make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery.


Order Status: 

11. How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Shop.clublaptop.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. 

To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

12. When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state. You can do so by sending us an email via our Contact Us Form with the order number.

14. Are Components (Adapters and Batteries), Laptop Skins and Laptop Accessories purchased online covered by warranty?

All Components sold on Shop.clublaptop.com are sourced from Indian suppliers authorized by the Manufacturer. Warranty on any products is mentioned on its respective product page. 

For Laptop Accessories and Laptop Skins, the supplied product inside the package will have no warranty.

All Components (Adapters and Batteries) and laptop Accessories are covered by free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

15. How much are the delivery charges?

At shop.clublaptop.com delivery charges vary from product to product. Few items are delivered free, wherein others carry some charges. Delivery charges are clearly mentioned on the product page.

16. What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates: 

Mentioned as 1 - 4 days delivery time: These items will also be mentioned as "In Stock". For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be 4 business days at the max. In some tier-3 cities the delivery time may be more.

Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

For Out of Stock items: It means currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the "Add to Wishlist" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Shop.clublaptop.com.

Permanently Discontinued: This product is no longer available on Shop.clublaptop.com because it's obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

17. How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

18. What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

19. Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and usually takes 2-4 business days to reach our customers however depending on locations and availability the delivery time may vary.

20. What about the warranty for Laptop accessories?

Unless otherwise specified, there will be no warranty for Laptop accessories. However, if there is defect indentified by you within 24 hours of receiving the accessory, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue for you. If you encounter problems at a much later time (after 24hours of receiving the product), we will not be in a position to help you.

21. Does Shop.clublaptop.com deliver internationally?

Shop.clublaptop.com doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world using your Indian debit/credit card, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

23. What should be done if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

All electronic items are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit.

24. How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Shop.clublaptop.com items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.


Cancellations and Returns:

25. What is the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on Shop.clublaptop.com.com, replaced?

30 Day Replacement GuaranteeAll electronic physical products sold on www.shop.clublaptop.com are covered under our 30 Day Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. Any product if identified as physically tampered (not manufacturing defect or damage in transit) will not be covered under the 30 Day Replacement Policy.

In order to get a defective item replaced

Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on +919330 39 39 40, within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
